How do I track my order?
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at Support@VerseShirts.Faith.

Product disclaimers:
- Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
- You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water based and eco-friendly.
- If you receive a product with a stain – please wash it before reporting a problem.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on
where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
- If any of these apply, please contact us at Support@VerseShirts.Faith with a short description of the error, photos of the wrong/damaged items, your order number and we’ll get it sorted out for you ASAP.

- We cannot cancel orders once they have started production.
- Please get in touch via email at Support@VerseShirts.Faith ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
- We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
- An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. The fee may also vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. - We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally – this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following within a week after estimated delivery time:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address…
- Ask your local post office if they have your package…
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them…
- If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at Support@VerseShirts.Faith with your order number.
- If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Order is marked as delivered – but not there.
- In the rare case that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient has yet to receive it, we would not cover the cost of the order.
- Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient’s address as indicated in the original order. Please be sure to doublecheck all shipping information prior to placing the order.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at Support@VerseShirts.Faith within a weeks’ time of receiving your order.
In your email, please provide a short description of the error, images of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll
get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products – simply send us a few photos.

- Due to the nature of the specific on demand ordering process of our items, we do not offer returns and exchanges. Please be sure to check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.
- If your received product is damaged, please send us a short description of the error, images of the issue, your order number and any other details about the order. Please send in this information within 1 week after receiving the order. Please send all information to Support@VerseShirts.Faith.
- If there is something else wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at Support@VerseShirts.Faith.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every apparel product listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at Support@VerseShirts.Faith within a week after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
